Freitas Family
LOVE Erin and her family!! There are people who make you naturally sick with their beauty… hummmm…. yes, well this is one of them. Erin definitely makes my job super easy when it comes to editing… Thank you FRIEND!! Little bit of color pop, maybe a little burning on the eyeliner, TINY bit of smoothing… but yeah, that’s about it with this girl!! LOL We had a SUPER SUPER quick session on this day.. just enough for the old Christmas Cards… Can’t post any of this years Christmas Cards yet… sorry friends… they all need to be a surprise when you get them in the mail… LOL – I know I’m a stinker…. Thanks Erin for coming out and ruffing it, even with that scary dog we ran into!!
Sweet AND 16…
So when your niece asks you in a really sweet voice to take her pictures, what do you say? YES!!! and how could I not… So all she wants for her Birthday is for me to go snap a few shots…. so why not make a short road trip, explore and take a chance… I haven’t been to Caliente in years… usually just pass by on my way to Tehachapi, but this day we decided to see what’s new and exciting there… LOL!! Not much but just a pretty as I remembered it to be.. Everything was green, the cows were fat and happy and there were a bunch of old abandoned places to visit. Well that translates to just about perfect for me!!
I can’t believe that my baby niece is 16…. legal to drive, beautiful and smart! Did I mention that she is taller than me? Throw some boots on her and I can almost swear that she is a foot taller and her legs have surpassed mine… While I used to hold the record for extremely long legs, I must bow down and hand my coveted title to MaKenzy Purdie. ( LOL ) I couldn’t be more proud of this beautiful woman she is turing out to be. Kenzy, you amaze me everyday and constantly take my breath away with your beauty, both inside and out. I love you more than words can say… So HAPPY BIRTHDAY sweet girl…
I love you soooooo much!! – Auntie T
Senior Night
Senior night at Hanford High School…. Anthony Barberio and his parents along with his sister, Taryn wanted me to take a few pics so that they could remember this night…. so here are just a few… My extended family… love you all…
The Camara’s
I had the best time with Lisa, Ryan, Lilian and Hailey on a rainy afternoon here in Hanford. By these pictures you would have never guessed that the sky turned to black just after we finished! Fewwww someone upstairs was looking out for us!! (I’d like to say thanks, Dad for looking down on me!) What a couple of adorable twins these two are!! Ohh my gosh…. I just wanted to take them home with me, but I don’t think that Lisa would have liked that too much… LOL Thank you Lisa for letting me take pics of your family… just beautiful!
Hanford FFA- Floral Team
Again…. how far behind can I be? Ohh about 3 +months!! I got a call from Susan Moran at Hanford High to take a few quick shots of her Floral Team who had won the State Championship. So I met the girls in town and a shooting we did go. Here they are! Congrats girls, we are all so proud of you!!! BTW…. I am a HUGE supporter of both FFA and 4-H!
Miss Paige
So awhile back, I took some pictures of this gorgeous girl…. Paige has gone off to college and I apologize that my blogging is so far behind… but better late than never right? I wish Paige all the best of luck in college and hope to see her back home again soon…. Thanks Paige for spending the day with me running all over Kings County scoping spots!! You are such a beautiful and amazing young lady!
Shelly+Jon
This beautiful couple is near and dear to my heart. Although I feel terribly old now that my God Daughter is getting married next year….. I can’t help but feel the happiness and love these two share. I was photographing my niece and nephew’s market animals at the fair and decided why not ask Shelly and Jon to come for a quick session. We had a great time, although I must confess that the Kern County Fair is ridiculously crazy in the crowd department. What should have taken 40-45 mins turned into waiting in one line for over an hour… I see why this is left for the VERY young at heart! LOL I’ll stick to the hog and lamb barns where I feel at home!!
Anyway… here are a couple of snap shots of my dearest sweet girl and her soon to be husband.
P.S. I still don’t photograph weddings… LOL!! But thanks so much for all of you who have asked me to take part in your day!!
